‘£50 for Forestdale’ promotion terms

1. This offer covers up to two hours of work for each gardening session.

2. Whether or not your garden qualifies for this offer is at the discretion of the gardener after a site visit. Upon acceptance, you will be given an official quote as confirmation.

3. ‘Service’ is defined as ‘garden maintenance’ which in turn is defined as ‘the process of preserving a condition’. This does not cover hard landscaping, garden clearances and planting advice. The latter two can be discussed as a separate contract. All reasonable requests relating to garden maintenance will be covered.

4. Garden can not be taken off site by the gardener, offered as an extra payable service. Said waste will instead be collected into large strong bags.

5. Payment must be fulfilled as per the terms of the invoice served by the end of the same calendar day of the service being complete.
