During checkout, you must provide accurate personal details, including your name, address, postcode, and payment information, as well as the recipient’s delivery details (if applicable).

If any delivery difficulties arise, we reserve the right to contact the recipient directly using the contact information provided at checkout.

2. Returns and Refunds

As our products contain perishable plant material, returns are only accepted under specific circumstances. Please read carefully:

Any issues with your order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via the contact details provided at thisisnazz.com/about.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it free of charge.
Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement. In some cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion if the matter cannot be resolved.
Returns are accepted on a quality basis only. Personal preferences (e.g., “not liking” the arrangement) are not valid reasons for return or refund.
All returned products will be inspected. If we determine that the item is not faulty or damaged, you may be recharged for the product and any associated costs.

3. Care Responsibility

Plants are perishable and require appropriate care to maintain their quality.
Once delivered, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure proper care — including watering and general maintenance. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for products that deteriorate due to neglect or improper handling.

4. Product Variation

As all plant materials are natural, variations in size, colour, and shape may occur. While every effort is made to match the example images shown on our website, no two plants or arrangements are identical. Minor differences are to be expected and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Delivery and Availability

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery date. If the recipient is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to insufficient stock or administrative errors on the website. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative product or a full refund.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from:

Failure to use our products as intended, or
Altering, modifying, or mishandling products in a negligent manner.

This offer covers up to two hours of work for each gardening session.
Whether or not your garden qualifies for this offer is at the discretion of the gardener after a site visit. Upon acceptance, you will be given an official quote as confirmation.
‘Service’ is defined as ‘garden maintenance’ which in turn is defined as ‘the process of preserving a condition’. This does not cover hard landscaping, garden clearances and planting advice. The latter two can be discussed as a separate contract. All reasonable requests relating to garden maintenance will be covered.
Garden can not be taken off site by the gardener, offered as an extra payable service. Said waste will instead be collected into large strong bags.
Payment must be fulfilled as per the terms of the invoice served by the end of the same calendar day of the service being complete.

I do not collect or store any payment details.

To contact you by phone if we need to discuss your quote, booking, or invoice.

If you decide not to proceed with a quote, your details will be permanently deleted.
If you accept a quote, we will retain your details to provide services and issue invoices.
After payment, your information will be kept only as long as necessary to meet legal, financial, and regulatory requirements. If you are a regular customer, your data will be retained until after your last service is completed.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with anyone, except as necessary to store it securely on Squarespace’s servers. We never sell, trade, or disclose your information to third parties.

4. Managing Your Data

You have full control over your personal data.

If you decline a quote, we will delete your data immediately.
If you accept, we retain your information for service and invoicing purposes only.
After services are complete, you may request that your data be removed at any time.

You can also request a copy of any personal information we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR (effective from 25 May 2018).
To do so, email mvcgardens@gmail.com. We will respond within one month and provide this information free of charge.

If you believe that any data we hold is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us and we will promptly correct or delete it.
